★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien nada mas que cuando quise enviar un paquete a un estando la persona que recolecta los paquetes no me lo recibieron por que era refriegetado la persona que estaba recolectando no tenia mucho de haber llegado por eso no me gusto el servicio apesar de cierran a las 6 de la tarde yo.llegue 5:10 de lantardeb
It's fine, nothing more than when I wanted to send a package to a room where the person who collects the packages did not receive it because it was refrigerated, the person who was collecting it did not have much time to arrive, so I did not like the service despite closing at 6 in the afternoon i.arrived 5:10 from lantardeb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención DHL con el personal en atención al cliente!!! Muy mal servicio en comparación con otras de sus sucursales, la joven super prepotente (Esperanza)cero tacto para dar la información... Al parecer está enojada e inconforme con el trabajo que desempeña.
Attention DHL with the staff in customer service!!! Very bad service compared to other branches, the super arrogant young woman (Hope) zero tact to give information... Apparently she is angry and dissatisfied with the work she does.
