Nunca llego mi pedido, y fue devuelto al destino de origen, que disque no encontraron mi domicilio, (nunca me llamaron cuando estaban disque buscandome ,en otras paqueterías , es lo primero que hacen antes de decir que no encuentran mi domicilio, llamarme por celular....solo espero y mejoren el servicio...porque me extraña que DHL siendo una paquetería internacional, no capacite bien a sus repartidores para hacer bien su trabajo.!
Unhappy! My order never arrived, and it was returned to the destination of origin, that they did not find my address, (they never called me when they were looking for me, in other parcels, it is the first thing they do before saying that they cannot find my address, call me by cell phone .... I just hope and improve the service ... because I am surprised that DHL, being an international parcel company, does not train its delivery people well to do their job well.!
