Limpio, más o menos; aglomerado, pero la fila se va formando afuera.
Lo que está mal es el servicio del call center: no dan las informaciones correctas, si no preguntas no te informan, no te informan sobre todas las opciones que existen, en relación a un envío (internacional). Apenas contestan a las preguntas, hasta parecen cansados ?♀️, dan precios diferentes, dan términos de llegada al destino, diferentes ... Les hacen faltan muchos cursos de comunicación con el cliente y eso lo deberían tomar muy en serio los jefes, los directores, porque los precios no son baratos.

What is wrong is the call center service: they do not give the correct information, if you do not ask, they do not inform you, they do not inform you about all the options that exist, in relation to an (international) shipment. They hardly answer the questions, they even seem tired ?♀️, they give different prices, they give terms of arrival at the destination, different ... They lack many communication courses with the client and that should be taken very seriously by the bosses, the Directors, because the prices are not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay entrada para silla de ruedas, yo llevaba la carreola con mi bebé, pero los empleados me ayudaron a cargar la carreola para no dejarla afuera, me ayudaron a hacer mis trámites y luego a salir.
Muy buena atención de los empleados , mal diseñado el lugar.
