Siendo un trabajo de cara al público y con una compañía como es DHL se debería esperar un servicio mucho mejor. No informa sobre los servicios de la compañía ni de forma correcta ni educada, deberían tener una persona mas capacitada y afable. Terrible service from the worker Monserrat.
