 I was attended to quickly and in a courteous and respectful manner. I hardly had to queue. Modern facilities inside. Very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera ni siquiera estrellas le daría. Es mi primera experiencia con este servicio y ha Sido lo PEOR. Tengo un envío detenido desde el día 2 de mayo, q debería llegar a su destino desde el día 9 de mayo, y nadie me da una explicación coherente sobre está situación. No hay una oficina donde atiendan al cliente con este tipo de situaciones de manera presencial y cada vez q accedes al servicio en línea t atiende alguien diferente con una respuesta diferente. Estoy a punto de perder mi trámite y por supuesto el dinero q pagué en el envío por esta situación q es inaceptable.
If I could I wouldn't even give it stars. It is my first experience with this service and it has been the WORST. I have a shipment stopped since May 2, which should arrive at its destination from May 9, and nobody gives me a coherent explanation about this situation. There is no office where they serve customers with this type of situation in person and every time you access the online service someone different attends you with a different answer. I am about to lose my paperwork and of course the money I paid in shipping for this situation that is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya se cuenta con muchas oficinas para que puedas enviar o recibir tus paquetes. Yo lo he usado para devoluciones de amazon y es de lo más sencillo. El personal es amable y te ayuda sin problema. Por cierto los envíos son muy rápidos.
There are already many offices so you can send or receive your packages. I have used it for amazon returns and it is very simple. The staff is friendly and helps you without any problem. By the way the shipments are very fast.
