★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención de la Señorita que atiende. Dejo a mi mama de 74 años esperando 20 minutos porque estaba atendiendo una llamada que parecía personal. Es ademas muy descortés y poco profesional. veo no soy la primera que presenta una queja. Espero los superiores lo lean y pongan en orden la atención de esta sucursal pues no se vale que uno tenga que ir a otro lugar solo para evitar esta persona con total falta de profesionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, la señora que atiende constantemente rechaza los paquetes, porque están abiertos y allí no los pueden cerrar? Igual cerrados porque tiene que ver que viene adentro aunque es envió nacional, porque llevan demasiada cinta, porque llevan muy poca, porque la etiqueta es muy grande o muy chica, en fin cualquier excusa es buena para no recibir y luego llevo esos mismos paquetes a San Fernando y me los reciben sin problema. No se vale que uno tenga que era mas lejos solo porque la persona que atiende no quiere ayudar en nada. Es ademas muy descortés y falta de la atención básica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita qué atiende muy atenta al servicio, se que han puesto malas referencias y por eso dudaba en acudir a esta sucursal, pero realmente no se dejen llevar por malos comentarios, el servicio a mi parecer es muy eficaz y bueno, totalmente recomendado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. NEFASTO. Hoy sábado 26mar22 la señorita muy mal servicio. Pedí que me enviaran por FEDEX porque ya conozco esta mala empresa que lo último que dan es servicio. Parecen oficina de Gobierno con puros NO HAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, en buena ubicación, la atención fue buena, te dicen aprox cuando llegara tu envío, tenía duda de ir por los comentarios, sin embargo fue todo lo contrario, salí contenta con la atención.
Obviamente como en todos los lugares tenemos que acatar las reglas del lugar, el empleado solo hace su trabajo acatando lo que dice la empresa.
No se dejen guíar por malos comentarios, al menos a para mi fue bueno el servicio.
Además hay que ser empáticos, como tratemos a las personas nos trataran, es obvio que si llegamos con una actitud pesada, así nos atenderán.?
