There is only one person attending and even if they are queues of 3 people approx. They take a long time with each one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drop-off location by itself is ok, depending on how busy is the day. The lady is quite helpful. My negative review is related to DHL Express Mexico. I have done a shipment on June from Mexico to the US, suggested me to purchase the insurance, just in case. The package arrived delayed by several days and completely broken. Now, just chat with the unpleasant lady of the customer service in Mexico who just mentioned they refuse to refund me the amount covered by the insurance I paid. DHL never again!
