m	mARIVI aVALOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia en servicio al cliente en mi vida jajaja es la segunda sucursal DHL en donde voy y no saben informar sobre el servicio que brindan y además les molesta tener que explicarte. Llame al 01 800 y me explicaron todo regrese a la sucursal y me dicen que la información que dan en el O1 800 no existe. Total que tengo 2 semanas intentando comprar una guía y no lo he logrado. The worst customer service experience in my life hahaha is the second DHL branch where I go and they do not know how to report the service they provide and they also resent having to explain. Call 01 800 and they explained everything back to the branch and they tell me that the information they give at O1 800 does not exist. Total that I have 2 weeks trying to buy a guide and I have not succeeded.

M	Moni Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 28 de Diciembre acudi por un paquete, llegué casi a la hora de cierre, muy atenta la chica que atiende (la cual esta embarazada) en cuanto a atención no tengo queja, mi desacuerdo es con la poca seguridad que se cuenta y mas para una persona en su estado, ya que en lo que atendía se llegó su horario de cierre, al yo salir llegó otra clienta la cual se portó de manera prepontente con la asesora, estando ya la tienda cerrada se metió a la fuerza y alcance a observar que por entrar a la fuerza la golpeó, yo por mi parte hable a las autoridades las cuales no aparecieron. En esto deberían estar atentos los jefes de los asesores, entiendo que brindan un servicio al cliente y hay clientes que resultan dificiles, pero tampoco es posible que solo por este hecho los trabajadores tengan que aguantar estas agresiones, y mas una persona que esta en estado de gestacion.
