★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde hace unos 15 días a la fecha, los empleados se ponen a fumar y a charlar frente al local sin importar que su máquina que recibe paquetes se traba y cuando les dices que los vas a reportar dicen que lo hagas sin problema total ellos no van a recibir los paquetes, no vayan!!!! :( son super groseros y se burlan de los clientes
Terrible service for about 15 days to date, the employees start smoking and chatting in front of the premises regardless that their machine that receives packages is locked and when you tell them that you are going to report them they say to do it without a total problem they do not they will receive the packages, do not go !!!! :( they are super rude and tease customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio son asta 2 personas que atienden y solo se la pasan fumando, si es que llegas a las 6:30 siempre dicen que ya no hay sistema, y asta les da flojera recibir paquetes con guias prepagadas ya solo dejan que todo lo haga una máquina que pusieron para recibir paquetes y esa máquina a cada rato se traba.
Terrible service is up to 2 people who attend and they only spend it smoking, if you arrive at 6:30 they always say that there is no system, and they are very lazy to receive packages with prepaid guides and they only let everything do it one machine that they put in to receive packages and that machine always locks up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las peores atenciones en locales DHL. Llegué a dejar un paquete 5 minutos antes de las 2:00 P.M. y el empleado me dijo que ya no me podía recibir el paquete. Hay una falta de valores en esta sucursal. Muy déspota y sinvergüenza el que atiende. Ni siquiera es un gran trabajo ni lleva mucho tiempo el recibir un paquete, quiero decir, solo lo escanean y ya. No toma ni 30 segundos. Mala experiencia, horrible.
One of the worst attentions in DHL stores. I arrived to drop off a package 5 minutes before 2:00 P.M. and the clerk told me that he could no longer receive the package. There is a lack of securities at this branch. Very despot and shameless the one who attends. It's not even a great job nor does it take a long time to receive a package, I mean, they just scan it and go. It doesn't take 30 seconds. Bad experience, horrible.
