No se si pasar por el a Zamora, Morelia o Sahuayo. Cada lugar muy retirado del otro y con más sucursales dentro de cada ciudad. Servicio pésimo!!! The package did not reach the final destination, and when I wanted to contact the branch to see if my package arrived there, they have a single number and an operator that does not resolve my question. I don't know whether to go through it to Zamora, Morelia or Sahuayo. Each place far removed from the other and with more branches within each city. Terrible service !!!

Y	Yaneli Carrillo Cázarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy buena atención, la que atiende es muy amable y muy rápida para atender solo le falta ayuda xq es mucho trabajo y no alcanza atender a muchas personas (como en Zamora hay mas personal) y nos toca esperar deberían de contratar mas personal en Sahuayo es la única razón por la que doy 4 estrellas podría dar 5 very good attention, the one who attends is very friendly and very quick to attend to, they just need help because it is a lot of work and it is not enough to serve many people (as in Zamora there are more staff) and we have to wait they should hire more staff in Sahuayo it's the only reason i give 4 stars i could give 5

Y por que engañar al cliente con el servicio de entrega en una fecha y no entregarla en esa fecha? Por los motivos q sean, deberían de actualizar su estatus de entrega no dejar al cliente esperando el paquete qué le urge. Lousy delivery service, how can they have Jiquilpan as remote if Sahuayo is 3 minutes away? And why cheat the customer with the delivery service on a date and not deliver it on that date? For whatever reasons, they should update their delivery status and not leave the customer waiting for the package that is urgently needed.
