Tengo media hora esperando abran la sucursal y aparece una srita al 5 para las 10, diciendo que estaba en el cajero, por dios que mentira.

There are 2 occasions that I come to this branch and the manager closes 15 minutes before the cut-off time, there he leaves you standing without opening you and without being able to make your shipment.
