★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un local pequeño pero cuidan mucho que sólo esté dentro una persona. Atienden rápido sin menor problema. Generalmente, no hay gente esperando. Tienen un buen servicio y me entregaron mi paquete en excelentes condiciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No está muy claro cómo calculan los precios, primero me dicen cómo 1250 pesos, después q cuestione lo bajaron a 1100. El señor es tranquilo y respetuoso, la señora parece un poco estresada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que he recibido, la persona se paso todo el tiempo hablando con otra funcionaria, no tenía soluciones para ninguna de nuestras preguntas, parecía un contestador automático. Tenía tanta pereza de atender que ni siquiera se paro del escritorio para recibir el paquete (porque no cabía por la ventanilla), nos tocó rodear el escritorio y entregarle el paquete en las manos.
The worst service I have ever received, the person spent all the time talking to another employee, she had no solutions for any of our questions, it seemed like an answering machine. Desafortunadamente ya van 2 quejas fuertes que he levantado, mismas que supuestamente ustedes han dado seguimiento y prometen que "esto no volverá a suceder", sin embargo, una vez mas, aquí estamos quejándonos sin que nada suceda. Ella simplemente dice "no te recibo tu paquete y háganle como quieran"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparto totalmente la mala opinión que se tiene de la empleada de esta sucursal, muy mala actitud, prepotente, no expresa nada de ganas de realizar su trabajo yo pensé que había coincidido en un mal día de los que todos podemos tener pero hoy nuevamente IGUAL y hay varios comentarios con la misma opinión, no pido que la quiten por qué todos necesitamos un trabajo pero si que hagan de su conocimiento que su actitud no es lo mejor para la atención a clientes.
