Cumplen con los protocolos de sana distancia, tienen un anuncio en donde solo se permiten 2 personas a la vez, debemos respetar las indicaciones y ser pacientes.
Si desean atención rápida pueden ayudar llevando las cosas ya empacadas porque no es trabajo del personal estar empacando todo. Y sean considerados llevando la información completa porque después les falta algo y hacen que toda la fila se retrase, el personal no va adivinar a donde quieren enviar.
Excellent attention. They make national and international shipments.
They comply with the healthy distance protocols, they have an advertisement where only 2 people are allowed at a time, we must respect the instructions and be patient.
If you want quick attention, you can help by taking the things already packed because it is not the job of the staff to be packing everything. And be considerate of bringing the complete information because after something is missing and the whole line is delayed, the staff will not guess where they want to send.

No te dan solución a pesar de que hay una garantía de por medio y un seguro que pagas junto con el envío. Mi producto llegó destrozado, y no quieren hacerse responsables. Pongo la mala calificación a la sucursal, porque la señorita al frente (Diana) omitió varios puntos en envíos internacionales, tuvieron que explicarme los de atención a clientes después de abrir mi reclamo.
For international shipments they have the worst service, both in price, time and quality of delivery. They do not give you a solution despite the fact that there is a guarantee involved and an insurance that you pay together with the shipment. My product arrived destroyed, and they don't want to be held responsible. I put the poor rating to the branch, because the lady in front (Diana) omitted several points in international shipments, they had to explain the customer service points to me after opening my claim.
