Solo le interesaba cerrar e irse. Lo cual termino en una mala experiencia, no tengo deseos de volver a ese lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despues de un par de meses de no utilizar el servicio expres de DHL el cual era el que antes utilizaba más, pero a.raiz de.la pamdemia lo dejé de utilizar ya que siento que el el servicio y la atención demejoro mucho .
Hoy nuevamente tuve que utilizarlo y mi percepción es que no hay buena atención al menos en la sucursal que asísti
Además de que hay incremento en los precios ya que regularmente he mandado unos paquetes a diferentes lugares más o menos en peso dimensiones y costo de mercancía y de unos 4 meses para acá he pagado de un 10 a un 30 porciento más . Sería recomendable que DHL nos avisará del las nuevas tarifas.

In addition to the fact that there is an increase in prices since I have regularly sent some packages to different places more or less in weight, dimensions and cost of merchandise and from about 4 months to here I have paid from 10 to 30 percent more. It would be advisable for DHL to notify us of the new rates.
