★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inefficient service and staff, it took to three of them over twenty minutes to take care of 5 people. The delivery man was very lazy and decided not to deliver my package and lie about it saying he was told at the hotel I had checked out.
Then, he returned it to this store so I had to interrupt my vacation in order to go and get the package myself, this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
What is the purpose of offering and charging for delivery door to door if you are going to need to interrupt your vacations and day to go pick up your own package?
