★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó la experiencia más difícil con el encargado del local de DHL. Fue grosero maleducado y hasta agresivo. Personalmente e desconocía que habían nuevas políticas para el pegado de la etiqueta ya que no te ofrecen el servicio y no supo indicarme de manera correcta.
Regresé con una cinta para pegarla y le ofrecí disculpas porque desconozco ya que no soy conocedor del proceso de envío de paquetería.
El señor me dijo “ usted debería saber y no viene aquí para que yo le enseñe“. Sinceramente el señor está acomplejado, aburrido y harto, me fui con una sonrisa porque yo me retiré y el servicio estuvo pero sentí lástima con el señor que tiene cara de tristeza y depresión , usar un servicio que con una sonrisa tiene; en fin asco y patanerías que se la acepten en su casa.
Fue hoy 7 de Octubre 2021. Sr, Todos los trabajos son honestos e importantes si no le gusta el suyo retírese y dele la oportunidad a otra persona. La prepotencia se da en todos los niveles. Suerte señor.
 I had the most difficult experience with the manager of the DHL premises. He was rude impolite and even aggressive. Personally and I was unaware that there were new policies for sticking the label since they do not offer the service and he did not know how to indicate me correctly.
I came back with a tape to stick and I apologized because I do not know since I am not knowledgeable about the parcel shipping process.
The man told me "you should know and you are not coming here for me to teach you". Honestly, the man is self-conscious, bored and fed up, I left with a smile because I retired and the service was there but I felt sorry for the man who has a sad and depressed face, to use a service that with a smile has; in short disgust and nonsense that they accept it in their house.
It was today October 7, 2021. Sir, All jobs are honest and important if you don't like yours, get out and give someone else the opportunity. The arrogance occurs at all levels. Good luck sir.

Acudí en dos ocasiones, la primera por qué en el teléfono de atención a clientes no me dieron información suficiente, y en la segunda él me resolvió las dudas de forma muy clara. Y en la segunda ocasión me atendió muy bien.

El chico que atiende está muy acostumbrado a recibir guías pre llenadas, por lo que le costó trabajo encontrar la sucursal dhl q le manejé (hago muchos envíos a esa sucursal) , mw dijo que posiblemente la hayan cerrado y yo acabo de estar wn Mérida hace un par de días y estaba funcionando (es una que tiene mucho movimiento), tuvo que hablar para asesoría ya que no la hallaba e andaba mandando a Tijuana).
Lo que considero es que le falta capacitación por parte de la empresa.
Tengan paciencia si vienen esta sucursal

Falta total de atención al cliente, negándose al servicio argumentando que no cumplía con los requisitos para devolver un paquete de Amazon, ya que la guía no venía pegada al paquete, cuando previamente me habían especificado que no la pegara. No quiso dar su nombre para reportarlo pero la anomalía fue el día lunes 27 de diciembre a las 17 horas. Ojalá DHL tome cartas en el asunto en esta grave situación. Pésimo servicio.
Terrible attitude of the subject at the counter. Total lack of customer service, refusing the service arguing that I did not meet the requirements to return an Amazon package, since the guide was not attached to the package, when they had previously specified not to paste it. He did not want to give his name to report it but the anomaly was on Monday, December 27 at 5:00 p.m. Hopefully DHL will take action in this serious situation. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pequeño pero normalmente sin mucha gente. Tienen una selección limitada de cajas y no te pueden ayudar demasiado, así que es mejor traer todo ya listo para el envío. Es mejor llegar a pie porque no tiene estacionamiento propio.
