Tengo un paquete que me enviaron hace ya casi 10 días y es express.
Marcan que vinieron a mi domicilio ya 3 veces y ni una sola vez han venido
Marco para preguntar que está pasando y los asesores bien prepotentes que no me pueden dar más información, que si quiero cambiarlo a ocurre. Yo no salgo por el covid para cuidarme y no he batallado con otras paqueterías. De verdad que decepcionada estoy con su servicio ?
Ahora que más se necesita y saber que no se cuenta siquiera con la buena voluntad de los asesores

I have a package that was sent to me almost 10 days ago and it is express.
They mark that they came to my home 3 times and not once have they come
Marco to ask what is happening and the very arrogant advisers who cannot give me more information, that if I want to change it to happen. I do not go out because of the covid to take care of myself and I have not battled with other packages. I'm really disappointed with your service ?
