No sé si es la sucursal, pero el envío que supuestamente era express no llegó al siguiente día y cuando llegó resulta que no dieron con la ubicación, siendo que es una zona residencial de San Luis Potosí, llamé a quejas y me dijeron que no iba a llegar, que tendría que esperar más tiempo y que ni siquiera me garantizaban una llamada cuando llegara el paquete! Basura de paquetería, confiaba en ella por ser la más rápida, mi envío urgía y me hicieron quedar mal. NO RECOMIENDO A DHL. Lousy package! Tuve una muy mala experiencia en las 2 veces que he visitado este lugar pues la atención por parte de la señorita es fatal, siempre hablando por teléfono (con amigos o familiares) muy mala su actitud y nada de modos correctos al externar la información que necesitaba. Lamentablemente es la única sucursal en Perote Veracruz. Ojalá tomen en cuenta los comentarios para mejorar su servicio.
