★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a las 6.40pm, Habia demasiada gente dentro del local que es muy pequeño(10 personas esperando más 2 trabajadores de DHL), servicio muy lento, no se respetó la sana distancia, no había control de acceso, no había gel antibacterial ni estaba ventilado. Mucho riesgo estar ahí dentro. Un trámite que debería de durar un par de minutos se volvió una larga espera y preferí retirarme.
I went at 6.40pm, there were too many people inside the premises which is very small (10 people waiting plus 2 DHL workers), very slow service, the healthy distance was not respected, there was no access control, there was no antibacterial gel nor was there any ventilated. Much risk to be in there. A procedure that should take a couple of minutes turned into a long wait and I preferred to withdraw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atencion con la Señorita. Pero desafortunadamente me maltrataron el docto que envie. Ya que llego muy arrugado y en mal estado. Que mal que un docto de esta validez como lo es un titulo de La UASLP...lo hayan arrugado horrible. Creo que nunca voy a volver a utilizar DHL..
Excellent attention with the lady. But unfortunately I was mistreated by the doctor I sent. Since it arrived very wrinkled and in poor condition. Too bad that a doctor of this validity, such as a degree from the UASLP...has been wrinkled horribly. I think I will never use DHL again.

An excellent service, really the lady who is attending provides quality care and it is something that I have to recognize. I recognize how well they choose their staff and specifically in this branch, it is the first time that I have sent a package by this means, and I will definitely do it again as many times as it is offered to me.
