R	Rodrigo Maldonado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que han dejado muy de lado el servicio al cliente y su satisfacción, incluso en el servicio "Express" (que es el que usaba) y de donde tengo mi opinión. Ya que cuando te dicen que tu paquete llegará de 9 a 6 de la tarde, a mi no me sirve. Porque no puedo organizar mi día. Ni siquiera te pueden decir si llegara por la tarde o la mañana, para ocupar el resto del día en las actividades fuera de tu domicilio. No pueden, o quieren.. será para que compres el servicio mas caro? El cual te llega el paquete antes de las 10 am?, creo que es la razón, porque me lo han echado en cara cuando hablo desesperado después que estuve en casa todo el día y el paquete no llega. Si!, lo llevan varias veces si no te encuentran... y cada vez tienes que esperarlo de 9 a 18 hrs.. que cómodo para ellos, no creen?, Por eso lo evito a toda costa. I consider that they have neglected customer service and their satisfaction, even in the "Express" service (which is the one I used) and from where I have my opinion. Since when they tell you that your package will arrive from 9 to 6 in the afternoon, it doesn't work for me. Because I can't organize my day. They can't even tell you if it comes in the afternoon or morning, to occupy the rest of the day in activities outside your home. They cannot, or want ... will it be so that you buy the most expensive service? Which package arrives before 10 am?, I think that is the reason, because they have thrown it at me when I speak desperately after I was home all day and the package does not arrive. Yes !, they carry it several times if they can't find you ... and every time you have to wait for it from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. .. How comfortable for them, don't you think ?, that's why I avoid it at all costs.
