Ya que pedi que me explicaran el proceso pero solo me preguntaron que iba a dejar ... se lo di.. y me dijo que eso era todo.. El servicio al cliente más humano..se agradece. Abre las cajas, los paquetes, saca tus objetos, a mí me tiró al piso una pieza de cerámica que yo había envuelto en periódico con esfuerzo y pensando precisamente en que no se rompiera. Por suerte no se rompió pero me sacó todo y me empezó a decir que se iba a romper, pero si ya he enviado en otros lados así y nunca nadie me había abierto mi paquete ni sacado todo y tirado cosas al suelo. Eso fue fatal, nunca regresaría, no lo recomiendo, tarde una hora en que me atendieran y la gente se iba, se fueron cinco personas mientras esperé en la fila una hora. Le dije que coticé por teléfono y nunca quiso sacar la cotización, me dijo burlonamente que se tenía que hacer TODO nuevamente, todo lo que ya habíamos hecho por teléfono, queme había tomado tiempo y esfuerzo al tomar medidas y pesar en la báscula. Todo eso de llamar a cotizar se fue al caño, lo quiso hacer nuevamente todo desde cero y eso que sabía que tenía gente!!! Y todos con jeta!!!! Ay dios santo, la peor de todas las paqueterías, casi me rompe mi preciada pieza y todo el periódico lo deshizo y lo quitó. Lo peor de lo peor!!!!!
