★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veces los encargados de paquetería no te atienden bien o no te asesoran si tú paquete no ha llegado o tuvo un inconveniente. Sin embargo los supervisores te atienden muy bien y te explican los motivos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lentas las entregas, deberían contratar mas personal si las entregas se les están retrasando hasta 7 días. A mí ciudad solo vienen 2 repartidores y no se dan abasto. Recuerden que viene temporada alta de paquetes. No vayan a tardarse 15 días para entregar un paquete que es dentro de la República.
Very slow deliveries, they should hire more staff if deliveries are being delayed up to 7 days. Only 2 delivery men come to my city and they can't cope. Remember that peak season for packages is coming. Do not take 15 days to deliver a package that is within the Republic.
