★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCION en mostrador. Los repartidores de DHL son siempre amables, rápidos y confiables, pero esta sucursal en Ponciano Aguilar, en el centro de Guanajuato SIEMPRE es muy lenta. He ido decenas de veces y siempre la srita de mostrador es super lenta para escribir, para atender, puede haber mucha gente esperando y no se da prisa. Ni contesta cuando le hablas. Muy desagradable su trato.
 POOR ATTENTION at the counter. DHL delivery people are always friendly, fast and reliable, but this branch in Ponciano Aguilar, in downtown Guanajuato is ALWAYS very slow. I have been dozens of times and the lady at the counter is always super slow to write, to attend, there may be many people waiting and she does not hurry. Nor does he answer when you talk to him. Your treatment is very unpleasant.
