Hay mucho personal mal coordinado , una persona en.mostrador , el gerente se hace bolas , el escaner no sirve y así me puedo seguir . . .
Que lástima, era muy bueno el servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El kiosko de autoservicio nunca funciona; hay 2 empleados y en lugar de hacer una fila rápida para los que traen guías listas y una para los que no tienen guías, hacen una unifila en la que puedes tardar hasta 20 o 25 minutos porque se tardan siglos en capturar la información; podría ser muchísimo más rápido pero falta sentido común
The self-service kiosk never works; There are 2 employees and instead of making a quick line for those who bring ready guides and one for those who do not have guides, they make a single line in which it can take up to 20 or 25 minutes because it takes centuries to capture the information; it could be a lot faster but common sense is lacking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es bastante mala, a nadie le gusta trabajar en sábado pero si toca toca y listo, no hace falta poner mala cara y pretextos para atenderte. Ojo, la atención es entrando al super mercado y desde afuera no se ve! Solo hay un letrero pequeño.
Actualización Nov 12: abren y se van a desayunar!!! Pero encima nadie se queda cerca? 30 minutos esperando a que volvieran!!! En serio no puede ser. Si toman el break de almuerzo es razonable, pero entonces que no abran o cierren el establecimiento, imagínense la seguridad de los paquetes alojados???
The service is pretty bad, nobody likes to work on Saturdays but if it's time to touch and that's it, there's no need to pout and pretexts to help you. Be careful, the attention is entering the super market and you cannot see it from the outside! There is only one small sign.
Update Nov 12: they open and go to have breakfast !!! But on top of that nobody stays close? 30 minutes waiting for them to come back !!! It really can't be. If they take the lunch break it is reasonable, but then they do not open or close the establishment, imagine the security of the packages hosted ???
