R	Roberto Manuel Moro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy tuve que ir por un paquete DHL ya que estaba con entrega a domicilio pero el repartidor nunca llegó y nos notificaron por correo que el paquete estaba en sucursal,.primero que nada fué dar con la sucursal donde estaba el paquete fui a dos sucursales, cuando llegue por el paquete el joven que atiende le comenté que era un menor de edad mi hijo y muy grosero me comentó que tenía que traer acta de nacimiento de mi hijo para poder recoger el paquete, le mostré mi INE y me contestó que solo me podría entregar el paquete si le mostraba la acta de nacimiento de mi hijo, le comenté que dónde estaba este política y me comentó que esa es la política de la compañía cuando el paquete está a nombre de un menor de edad....
