La Señora (morena, de lentes) que está en mostrador es mal encarada y tiene poca actitud, siempre voy ahí por la cercanía de mi oficina, no por gusto. Hace poco llevé un paquete con la etiqueta "frágil" en la caja, la Señora al recibirlo lo lanzó a la parte trasera de la sucursal y golpeó el piso. Si el receptor me dice que llegó en mal estado el contenido presentaré una queja con su servicio. Por favor capaciten en atención al cliente o cambien de personal. DHL shipping service is very good! I always use it, but this branch really has terrible service. The Lady (brunette, with glasses) who is at the counter is badly faced and has little attitude, I always go there because of the proximity of my office, not for pleasure. I recently took a package with the label "fragile" on the box, the Lady upon receiving it threw it to the back of the branch and hit the floor. If the recipient tells me that the content arrived in bad condition, I will file a complaint with their service. Please train in customer service or change staff.
