★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención… hay una chica con la cual interactúe en dos ocasiones y parece que está peleada con la vida y no quiso proporcionar un sobre que normalmente dan al cliente y aunque le mencione que lo compraba, me dijo que no, así como una vez anterior no quiso venderme una caja para un envío. Es lamentable que siendo la que me queda más cerca, tenga que buscar otras donde la atención es excepcional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pues siempre.he confiado en dhl, es caro pero es más seguro que el resto, enviaba paquetes a diario y nunca tuve problemas como con fedex. Actualmente mercado libre saco su propia logística por lo que ya no voy a sus sucursales, pero recomendables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal está ubicada al interior de una pequeña plaza con estacionamiento cerrado lo cual es muy cómodo y seguro. Lo malo de la sucursal es el personal de mostrador, sin actitud de servicio y totalmente carentes de cortesía y amabilidad. Ni siquiera son capaces de contestar el saludo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención una hora formado para dejar un paquete, los empleados se la pasan platicando entre ellos sin importarles que la fila afuera crece y crece al parecer dan preferencia a algunos clientes porque los pasan sin hacer la fila, pésimo lugar solo porque no de pueden dar cero estrellas no lo hago nunca volvería prefiero ir a otro lugar a perder el tiempo aquí
