★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al recoger un paquete con una carta poder, no la aceptaron por estar hecha a mano, al siguiente dia regresé con la carta hecha en computadora y me volvieron a negar la entrega por no traer copia de identificación. No me quejo de los documentos que me piden, sino de la persona (mujer) que no me dio la información completa el primer dia que fui, ella es la experta y yo espera ria que me dijera desde el principio cuáles son los requisitos. Cuando le comente que debería dar la información completa, me contestó "si ustedes leyeran aunque sea un poco, sabrian cuales son los requisitos".
Esas no son respuestas de una perdona que da "servicio al cliente".
When I picked up a package with a power of attorney, they did not accept it because it was made by hand, the next day I returned with the letter made on a computer and they denied delivery again for not bringing a copy of identification. I do not complain about the documents that they ask me, but about the person (woman) who did not give me the complete information the first day I went, she is the expert and I would hope that she would tell me from the beginning what the requirements are. When I told him that I should give the complete information, he replied "if you read even a little, you would know what the requirements are."
Those are not responses from a "customer service" pardon.
