J	Jorge Paganoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no sé porque, pero a mí me parece que ésta oficina no tiene nada de Express... Siempre está abarrotada de gente esperando a ser atendida. Hay mucha demanda de envíos?? No lo creo, sus empleados son LENTOS y no les importa tener a más de 10 personas esperando afuera en el sol. Es una pena que una empresa de clase mundial como DHL no se ocupe de poner a más empleados, si tiene tanta demanda de servicio en la citada oficina de Plaza Los Arcos, y solo hay dos en toda la ciudad de Cuautla, Morelos y no hay otra a la redonda hasta Cuernavaca. Una vez esperé más de 30 minutos y solo había 3 o 4 personas adelante de mi. Cuánto me voy a demorar cuando en la fila hay más de 15 personas?? Habrá que llevar silla con sombrilla y una nevera con bebidas y prepararse para esperar unas 2 HRS!! Parece burla, pero es en serio... #DHL tómalo en cuenta y actúa!! I don't know why, but it seems to me that this office has nothing to do with Express ... It is always crowded with people waiting to be attended. Is there a high demand for shipments? I don't think so, their employees are SLOW and they don't mind having more than 10 people waiting outside in the sun. It is a pity that a world-class company like DHL does not take care of putting more employees, if it has so much demand for service in the aforementioned Plaza Los Arcos office, and there are only two in the entire city of Cuautla, Morelos and there are no another around to Cuernavaca. Ahórrense molestias y no pierdan su tiempo en esta sucursal. Hay mejores opciones muy cerca de ahí Terrible service. The person in charge of receiving the packages does not even know how to look up the branch numbers and asks for information that IS NOT NECESSARY. Save yourselves a hassle and don't waste your time at this branch. There are better options close by.

Había otro chico que sí era súper amable, sin embargo lamentablemente no me pudo atender él.
