La persona que atiende sabe lo que hace y es eficiente pero una sonrisa y una mejor actitud hacia los clientes se agradecería. A	Alberto Marquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud del tipo que atiende en la sucursal, solo por no traer una hoja para que el se la quede de soporte no me recibió el paquete cuando en varias sucursales de DHL cuando no lo llevas ahí mismo te lo imprimen, solo que este que atiende esta tapado del cerebro, no le da para mas y se puso cuadrado, que lastima que la empresa DHL no les de capacitación a sus empleados de lo que es tener buena actitud al cliente.... Me mandaron un mensaje ese día a las 9pm diciéndome que no me encontraron en mi domicilio cuando NI SIQUIERA LLEGARON!!! Lo tuve que mandar a un centro de recolección "A MI CONVENIR" para que no volviera a pasar eso, se presenta la persona que yo autorice con la carta poder y mi identificación en un documento digital para que recoja y ahora resulta que es MÁS COMPLICADO todavía!!!.... Y él no puede presentarse con otra IDENTIFICACIÓN OFICIAL que no sea la INE. ABSURDO. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The driver did not give me my package on October 22. Me dijeron que podía cancelar el envió con un pequeño costo y me cobraron 1000 peso cuando fui a recogerlo y por supuesto no me devolvieron el costo integro de no haberse enviado. Y encima me habían ROBADO casi todas las cosas de dentro del paquete. Mejor no trabajéis con esta basura. BAD service, because I have to score a star otherwise I gave it zero.
