Hizo que se abriera el paquete después de que se le entregará el dinero y se le explicará que mercancía se iba a enviar, además de su justificación no tenía ni pies ni cabeza. Lo más importate fue su forma de comunicarse con la gente, ya que muestra la falta de intereses en su trabajo.
Terrible service. The worker whose name is Marco, showed a huge lack of both attention and knowledge of his work. He had the package opened after the money was delivered and it was explained to him what merchandise was going to be sent, in addition to his justification he had neither head nor tail. The most important thing was his way of communicating with people, as it shows the lack of interest in his work.
