★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal servicio muy lentos. demasiada gente esperando y solo dos personas atendiendo. fui a dejar un paquete ya con guía de mercado libre y me hicieron formarme 20 min. no entiendo la finalidad de hacer esperar a la gente seria mucho más fácil para todos separar a la gente que ya trae guía solo toma menos de 20 segundos escanear el paquete.
 bad service very slow. too many people waiting and only two people attending. I went to leave a package with a free market guide and they made me train for 20 min. I do not understand the purpose of making people wait, it would be much easier for everyone to separate the people who already have a guide, it only takes less than 20 seconds to scan the package.

Un paquete que tenían que entregarme el 6 de octubre, lo trajeron perdido 2 semanas y cambiandolo de sucursal.
Asistí 3 veces a Juriquilla y no me lo entregaron, aparecía que el paquete estaba allí y me mandaron correos pero al asistir, no lo encontraban y que se devolvió o les llegó un mail de la Central que está en Conín.
Pésimo servicio en ésta ciudad y el personal del mostrador sin saber nada y darte una respuesta concreta, la señorita del primer mostrador muy cínica me invitó a poner mi queja y se volteó a seguir su trabajo.
Pensé que DHL era más sería y ética, qué decepción!!!!
Horrible DHL Qro service. and at the Juriquilla branch.
A package that they had to deliver to me on October 6, they brought it lost for 2 weeks and changed branches.
I attended Juriquilla 3 times and they did not deliver it to me, it appeared that the package was there and they sent me emails but when I attended, they could not find it and that an email was returned or they received an email from the Central that is in Conín.
Terrible service in this city and the staff at the counter without knowing anything and giving you a specific answer, the lady at the first counter, very cynical, invited me to make my complaint and turned to continue her work.
I thought DHL was more serious and ethical, what a disappointment !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He visitado un par de veces esta sucursal y hasta el momento el servicio ha sido rápido, bueno y efectivo. No esperes una atención amable, tampoco son groseros pero de acuerdo a mi experiencia supongo que es parte de el perfil de empleado de DHL.
I have visited this branch a couple of times and so far the service has been fast, good and effective. Don't expect friendly service, they aren't rude either, but based on my experience I guess it's part of the DHL employee profile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda ocasión qué visitó este lugar. Nuevamente la experiencia es malísima. 6 personas en fila, solo una persona atendiendo pese a que tienen 3 mostradores. Más de 20 minutos desde que entré a la tienda hasta que salí.

Pero...
El sistema no está actualizado, te mandan mensaje a celular y mail confirmando que el paquete está listo para recogerlo en la tienda y cuando vas, te dicen que aún no lo tienen.
Prepárate para dar varias vueltas y perder tu tiempo...
