El servicio es de calidad, algo más caro que otros pero diría que vale la pena. Ya que mientras es otros lugares dan un plazo de entrega del paquete de 7 días, en DHL puede llegar al día siguiente. Las medidas sanitarias, de lo mejor que he visto en cualquier local, ya que aquí, hacen respetar las marcas de la sana distancia. Mientras ya muchos locales comerciales tienen sus tapetes secos y jergas sucias, aquí se ve impecable, lo cual, da confianza. Courier service located on the ring road. Tienen aire acondicionado generalmente encendido lo cuál ayuda a mantener corrientes de aire dentro del lugar. Cuenta con tapete sanitizante, gel y termómetro al entrar. El punto malo es que casi siempre no hay lugar para estacionarse. They have always taken good care of me. Most of the times it has been to collect parcels. Terrible service in this package and I mean by the staff, the woman who is there even takes on powers such as returning your package when it is not hers, I guess they give her an extra bonus for being so miserable.

Que hoy es responsabilidad del usuario y no ofrecen ninguna alternativa de solución, no importando que les pague uno. INCREÍBLE que se tolere a una empresa que en lugares desarrollados por temor a ser sancionados si lo ofrecen. Customer service is terrible, it is not possible for them to argue that they no longer package or protect shipments with any type of wrapping by this media company. That today is the responsibility of the user and they do not offer any alternative solution, regardless of whether one pays them. INCREDIBLE that a company is tolerated in developed places for fear of being penalized if they offer it.
