★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me atendió aquí, dos veces, estaba de muy mal humor, la primera se lo aguanté, la segunda ocasión no lo toleré, sus modos de contestar fueron pésimos, al final decidí irme ante su negativa para ayudarme a resolver el envío de mi paquete; afortunadamente hay otras sucursales, por lo que me dirigí a la del Angel de la Independencia, el trato allá fué excelente y la señorita logró ayudarme, incluso que ya eran las 5:50 PM, casi al cierre de la sucursal. Recomiendo que evites este service point del Hotel Camino Real y busques otra alternativa, incluso al frente hay un FEDEX, desafortunadamente en mi caso ya estaba pagado el servicio que iba a utilizar por la mensajería DHL.
