★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy en la sucursal de Madero centro cdmx el joven quien dice llamarse Óscar ramirez y Ana Catalina López juarez me niegan el servicio por que según argumentan no tener bolsas de DHL para meter mi paquete y resulta después que sacan bolsas y dice que por que estaban del lado de su compañera y por que no quería molestar a su compañera y que me regresara a mi casa a cerrar el paquete.
Más ojo con ese personal ese chico (uno gordito) y la esa señorita son muy déspotas y el chico para que yo no sepa su nombre me dio cortado mi tiket pero nunca se imagino que yo lo grabé y tengo en video lo nefasto de su atención.

Le pedí un canguro para poder pegar mi hoja en el paquete y solo me dijo 'huuuuy no tengo disculpa" fui a recorrer todo el centro para encontrar una cinta y cuando llegue la chica que me atendió "una déspota" saco un canguro como si nada. Si van a enviar algo mejor opten por otro lugar por qué estar personas son pésimas en actitud, servicio y personalidad. La peor experiencia de mi vida enviando paquetes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa es responsable y excelente, sin embargo el personal es prepotente, no brindan buena atención al cliente, vaya pague por un envio que no pudo llegar a casa por ello el punto de recolección cercana fue la sucursal Francisco y madero. De haber sabido que me llevaría un mal sabor de boca no habría pedido dicha sucursal.
The company is responsible and excellent, however the staff is arrogant, they do not provide good customer service, go pay for a shipment that could not get home, so the nearby collection point was the Francisco y Madero branch. If I had known that I would have a bad taste in my mouth, I would not have asked for that branch.

But in Mexico ,
You can’t believe how bad servirse n attitude
Keep making people to wait more than half hour and then
Tell you to keep waiting
They don’t have service yet ==
Even I use the service of picking up packages from company , they gave your a number but they never come !
