★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio me solicitó realizar la recepción en esta sucursal. Llego y me dicen que ahí no proveen el servicio ya. Al mostrar que ahí es a donde me han enviado, me comentan que no importa lo que diga en el servicio, tengo que ir a otra sucursal porque resulta que es ahí donde tienen mi paquete.
A service asked me to make the reception in this branch. I arrive and they tell me that they no longer provide the service there. Showing that this is where they have sent me, they tell me that no matter what I say in the service, I have to go to another branch because it turns out that this is where they have my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes que entregar una devolución de Amazon, no vengas aquí. Mejor agenda recolección a domicilio o llévalo a otra sucursal.
La señora que atiende no es para nada amble, se siente que sabe pero me rechazó DOS guías diferentes generadas por Amazon para una devolución porque la descripción no concordaba con el contenido del paquete (y sí, lo abrieron), ni siquiera hay motivo para que suceda esto.
If you have to deliver an Amazon return, don't come here. Better schedule collection at home or take it to another branch.
The lady at the counter is not friendly at all, she feels like she knows but she turned me down TWO different Amazon generated guides for a return because the description didn't match the contents of the package (and yes they opened it), there's not even a reason why this happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "señorita" que atiende ahí es súper grosera, saludé y no me contestó, acompañé a mi suegra (una persona de casi 80 años, que le cuesta caminar) no me dejó entrar con ella, entiendo que tienen su letrero donde dice que sólo una persona pero, hay maneras de decir las cosas. Creo que nada pasaba si me hubiese permitido ayudarla a entrar y salir. Pésimo servicio en esta sucursal.
The "young lady" who attends there is super rude, I said hello and she didn't answer me, I accompanied my mother-in-law (a person of almost 80 years old, who has trouble walking) she didn't let me go in with her, I understand that they have their sign where it says that only a person but, there are ways to say things. I think nothing would have happened if she had allowed me to help her in and out. Terrible service at this branch.
