Bad very bad I went today to ask for the address so that they could send me a package by that means and the lady who was there told me that the reports will look for them through Google that they appeared and she let me talk. Alone what bad attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE ROBAN LOS PAQUETES!!! Hace unas semanas pedí me llegara un paquete a esta sucursal. Cual fue la sorpresa... el paquete ya lo habian "entregado". Fueron muy omisos, hacian como que me atendían y solo me daban largas, porque en esta sucursal le entregaron mi paquete a otra persona. No tuvieron protocolo de entrega correcta con INE, nunca aclararon que paso con mi paquete. Al final de cuentas el gerente les ordenó a los de mostrador ya no me atendieran. Mi queja esta en proceso de revisión en PROFECO. PORQUE A TODAS LUCES ESTÁN COLUDIDOS, SE ROBARON MI PAQUETE CON MATERIAL QUE USO PARA HACER MIS ARTESANÍAS.
THE PACKAGES ARE STOLEN!!! A few weeks ago I asked for a package to arrive at this branch. What was the surprise... the package had already been "delivered". They were very ignorant, they acted as if they were attending me and they just put me off, because in this branch they gave my package to another person. They did not have a correct delivery protocol with the INE, they never clarified what happened to my package. At the end of the day, the manager ordered the counter people to stop serving me. My complaint is in the review process at PROFECO. BECAUSE TO ALL LIGHTS THEY ARE IN COLLUSION, THEY STOLEN MY PACKAGE WITH MATERIAL THAT I USE TO MAKE MY HANDICRAFTS.
