Llegué a la sucursal, para enviar un sobre a la Ciudad de México, usando una cuenta de la compañía para la que laboro.
Problema, el empleado me puso cara mustia porque iba a usar la cuenta corporativa. Me pidió mi INE, checó el sistema y luego se aventó esta genial declaración: "Por ley, solo fulano, zutano y perengana, que están en el sistema, son los que pueden enviar paquetes".
O sea... Que la administradora tenía que venir de México a Guadalajara... ¡Para enviarse ella misma el paquete!
Eviten esta sucursal.
I thought it was a legend about the bad attention of the employee ... until I had to live it.
I arrived at the branch, to send an envelope to Mexico City, using an account of the company for which I work.
Problem, the employee gave me a white face because I was going to use the corporate account. My INE asked me, he checked the system and then this great statement was thrown: "By law, only so and so, zutano and perengana, who are in the system, are the ones who can send packages."
In other words ... the administrator had to come from Mexico to Guadalajara ... to send the package herself!
Avoid this branch.
