DHL es de las mejores paqueterías, pero esta sucursal está Pal perro, quisimos enviar un paquete a otra sucursal en cdmx y la señorita no supo encontrar esa sucursal en la computadora, y todavía nos dice que quizá no exista, siendo que desde otra sucursal ya habíamos mandado a esa en cdmx, después dijo que quizá estaba cerrada por la hora, cosa que no importa porque aún así aparecería en el sistema, además hizo un batidero en la caja y no pudo ni preguntarle a su compañera como buscar la sucursal, pésimo servicio en esa sucursal, está mejor la que está por jumapam

I had initally given this place a five star review but I had to return an edit and remove the five stars. I was vacationing in Mexico and my foodie friend in northern Canada asked me to send her dried chillies so she can cook real Mexican salsa. I purchased package dried chillies that were closed put it in a DHL box with a few other spices paid almost C$100 and send it away. The clerk said it was no problem sending those items and that it should arrive in 2 to 3 business days. 2 to 3 business days later the package didn’t arrive so I went back and they told me it’s a little bit delayed because of Covid and it should arrive in about a weeks time. A week later no news from my friend so I assumed it was delayed. When I tried to track it online it showed me the package never left Mexico and returned to Mazatlan. Long story short I returned to Canada from my trip and my friend still didn’t get her package so I called DHL in Mexico from Canada and they told me that my package was seized by the police. I was shocked ! They told me the items I sent were illegal yet no one at the DHL location said anything! I told the lady that I send 30 pesos which is $2 worth of dried chillies that I bought at the supermarket in a closed package ad didn’t understand what was so illegal about that? She said there’s nothing DHL can do to help me and emphasized THE POLICE has your package as if I’m a criminal who did something wrong!! . I told her I paid almost $100 and since they didn’t deliver the package they should refund me and she told me she couldn’t help me with that. Horrible customer service. DHL is joke. I’m sos ad because I could of easily brought back y friends gift in my suitcase instead of wasting my time with this joke of a service .
