★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reprobable servicio para una empresa que se anuncia con bombo y platillo como la mejor en envíos de paquetería...no cumplió con un envío que se adquirió en una distancia mínima de 500 kms aprox..su personal lejos de reconocer su falla como empresa de envíos...quiere responsabilizar al cliente..así como la atención vía telefónica...no dan soluciones para tratar de compensar sus errores y cumplir con lo que se contrató en un envío... pésimo.. pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL paquetería ubicada en el centro de la ciudad, permite realizar envíos locales, nacionales e internacionales.
Los envíos se pueden recoger en la sucursal, así como realizar entrega de paquetes previamente programados, hay que tener mucho cuidado con los códigos de verificación, cuidando que sean visibles y que sean de fácil lectura
Dentro de la sucursal hay tres señoritas que son las encargadas de realizar el trámite correspondiente, esto me parece estupendo porque permite a la fila avanzar más rápidamente y los tiempos de espera son más cortos.
Las instalaciones son pequeñas pero permiten mantener la sana distancia solicitada ante los protocolos covid 19. Hay que recordar que el uso de cubrebocas es obligatorio y los pagos de los servicios son en efectivo.
El lugar luce limpio, ventilado y con aire acondicionado, se puede esperar tranquilamente mientras pasa el turno.
Recomiendo que solo vaya la persona interesada debido al espacio y no hay asientos para espera.

The facilities are small but they allow maintaining the healthy distance requested from the covid 19 protocols. It should be remembered that the use of face masks is mandatory and the payments for services are in cash.
The place looks clean, ventilated and air-conditioned, you can wait quietly while your shift passes.
I recommend that only the interested person go due to the space and there are no waiting seats.
