E	Ernest Adams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went afternoon 8 sept 2021 and young man on centre counter said they could not send a document to South Africa and we should to the DHL outlet near Centro Mayo. This requires us obtaining transport and is inconvenient to where we live. With limited Spanish we could not establish the reason why they would not help. Surely every DHL outlet offers the basic international courier of a document?
A	Arturo AG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 customer at a time and they don't discriminate between people bringing 20 deliveries and one picking up one package. Dreadful. Stayed outside for about 40 minutes while a single customer from Xcaret made more than 15 individual postings.

T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shipped my Rolex box from this service point to Australia. I arrived home into australia to find the Rolex box slashed and the warranty card stolen. Lucky I didn’t ship the watch in the box. Everything else inside the DHL package was left alone. Someone at this service centre has maliciously done this. Warning to anyone shipping anything from Mexico: don’t ship valuables or anything you’re not willing to lose or have damaged.
