Buen servicio. Trato amable, pero estacionamiento reducido.

Todo siempre muy bien, recibo varios paquetes a la semana y no he tenido problemas, llegan más rápido que en la sucursal del centro!

Pesimo servicio!! Nunca entregan a domicilio...solo dicen y reportan en su pagina que "visitaron el domicilio y no localizaron al destinatario"...no dejan aviso, ni le marcan a uno...entonces hacen lo mismo 3 dias y si uno kiere ir a sucursal a recojerlo porque ya sabe como "trabajan" pues tienes ke esperar esos 3 dias para poder hacerlo...porke practikmente tu pakete se la pasa secuestrado dando vuelas abordo de la camioneta repartidora...y se pierde la urgencia de recibirlo y termina uno recojiendolo y muy tarde!!!

Pésimo servicio, primero indican que no encuentran el domicilio, siendo que tienes varias entregas al mismo, después que no estoy en casa, cuando como muchos tengo meses trabajando desde mi casa, solo me muevo para ir al baño literal, mas de 15 días sin recibir mi producto. Servicio al cliente pésimo, no te resuelven nada, no usen esta paqueteria, eviten corajes

Package had a Delivery address in San Carlos, shipped to Hermosillo then to Obregon where they attempted to deliver in Obregon (address for San Carlos was correct). They claimed that the address was incorrect!!! Went to local Guaymas DHL office for help and they did not even know the number to the Obregon office!!!!!!!!!!! They called several branch offices to get the Obregon number and was unsuccessful. Can't get my package delivered to San Carlos and nothing done to help. There have been 30 yes, 30 updated logs( so far) of this package's journey. HUH? NEWS FLASH ON DHL Package was sent back to Hermosillo (Guaymas, MX is between Obregon and Hermosillo-same road). The package was then sent from Hermosillo to Guaymas, where I had to pick it up because they do not deliver to my residence. Hmmm, I saw a mini DHL vehicle in San Carlos (Municipality of Guaymas and my home) delivering packages. Conclusion: DHL is logistically challenged, employees are incompetent, management incapable and I am a masochists if I ever use their disservice again. Question: What will Amazon be if they continue to depend on DHL to deliver merchandise to their customers?

I will explain in a bit. Seems they have no problems with Mexican clients. They have issues with ex-pats for sure!

Very efficient. Had an English speaking person there so we were certain of what was happening. Excellent.
