 Sometimes the service is well attended and sometimes not, they never have tape to wrap and if they do, they charge you an extra for that service.

Good service, I have never lost any packages with them and if any information is needed they are very specific in the details! On time the packages also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puse un paquete desde San Juan del Rio el dia 5 a ocurre oficina Atlacomulco, me dicen que lo entregran hasta el dia 10 u 11 de enero por que esta retenido en Toluca y no tienen vuelta a Atlacomulco para llevar envios. Pobre servicio de DHL y tan caro que cobran.
I put a package from San Juan del Rio on the 5th to the Atlacomulco office, they tell me that they deliver it until the 10th or 11th of January because it is held in Toluca and they do not have return to Atlacomulco to take shipments. Poor DHL service and so expensive that they charge.
