QUIDADO!!! Yo no mandaría mis cosas más por DHL a colima.
Page todo desde los USA y quieren cobrarme por disque por la duana cuando yo page todo eso desde los USA. Hablé a DHL y me dijieron que no tenía que pagar nada mis familiares, y están cobrando para dejarles ir el producto. Pondré una queja de fraude y espero que me devuelvan mi dinero por lo que page por enviar ese paquete y lo del contenido, ya que no tiene precio.
Si pudiera darles menos de una estrella lo haría.
Por eso les doy -5 ⭐️.

BEWARE!!! I would no longer send my things by DHL to Colima.
I pay everything from the USA and they want to charge me for customs clearance when I pay all that from the USA. I spoke to DHL and they told me that my relatives did not have to pay anything, and they are charging to let the product go. I will file a fraud complaint and hope I get my money back for what I paid to ship that package and the contents as it is priceless.
If I could give them less than one star I would.
That's why I give them -5 ⭐️.

Since I am in stated community with personal security cameras I know this to be false and when I contacted management to say the employees were misrepresenting delivery attempts the management simply partitted back that delivery attempts were unsuccessful. What ever happened to customer us always right.
