★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio por parte del empleado..muy grosero y atendió de malas, en vano solicitar te detengan paquetes por vacaciones, si aún así en 3 o 5 días terminan regresando los envios.

Lo único malo es que mi paquete tenía una fuga, donde salía parte de el.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones y el proceso de envío muy bien, pero la atención de su personal deja mucho que desear, hay un recepcionista alto güero que por lo regular atiende en la 3er máquina de frente a la entrada principal, es la persona más déspota y chocante que me a tocado en recepción, ni el saludo te responde. A comparación del dhl que está cerca de cenhies, nada que ver con la atención de todo su personal ahí si toman en cuenta la buena atención al cliente.
