★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bueno tener un lugar cerca pero anteriormente que mande un paquete una señorita que me atendió muy déspota desconozco o ignoro si es así su trabajo pero esa vez mandé un celular a un familiar en caja y me preguntó cuánto me costó y antes de eso me había dado un precio de 250 ya después que le dije el precio del celular lo subió el envío a 450 y tan solo que pesaba unos gramos no pasaban de los 500 gr y no era una caja grande tampoco era de 20 x15 las medidas por si no es así el trabajo para que les enseñen el trato ala gente o los capaciten ya que yo por lo regular si tengo que enviar documentos o cosas espero que lo tomen a consideración y tenga igual en cuenta la gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se roban el contenido de los paquetes y siempre que hago envíos de esta sucursal llegan las cajas abolladas no tienen el mínimo respeto por lo ajeno.
Terrible service, the contents of the packages are stolen and whenever I make shipments from this branch the dented boxes arrive, they do not have the least respect for what belongs to others.

Les aconsejo que antes de enviar o al recibir un paquete revisen que todo este en orden desde el remitente hasta quien recibe al igual que al entregar el paquete, también si es una venta y están por enviar su paquete contacten al servicio de ayuda y pregunten si es que va todo bien, igual revisen las guías a detalle y de donde las descargan también ya que los pueden llegar a estafar, mucho cuidado.
100% recommend this branch, I really thank the girl who attended me at all times since she helped me get my package back.
I advise you that before sending or receiving a package check that everything is in order from the sender to the recipient as well as when delivering the package, also if it is a sale and you are about to send your package, contact the help desk and ask if is that everything is going well, just check the guides in detail and where you download them too since they can get to scam you, be very careful.
