Very bad attention, I checked to see if a package had arrived and the lady who attends in the afternoon only started yelling at me that this was not her job and to dial 01 800. Too bad of you.

Si el sistema no funciona, pueden hablar con ella para que lo envíe y le depositan en la tarde.
Ana les ayuda en caso de problemas (por ejemplo escribir mal la dirección de envío). También les ayuda a combinar las opciones de envío de acuerdo a tus necesidades para el precio más económico.
Nunca he tenido problemas de que no llegue el paquete (y envío 10 paquetes al mes), sin embargo sólo en 1 ocasión el paquete llegó un día después de lo pagado.
Slow service and lousy facilities (old computer, internet comes and goes, etc). However, the girl who attends (Ana) is very flexible and friendly.
If the system doesn't work, you can talk to her to have it shipped and deposited in the afternoon.
Ana helps them in case of problems (for example misspelling the shipping address). It also helps them combine shipping options according to your needs for the most economical price.
I have never had problems with the package not arriving (and I send 10 packages a month), however only on 1 occasion did the package arrive a day after it was paid.
