Hemos ido a varias sucursales (vendemos por internet) y es la única que la chica se niega a entregar comprobante de recibido...una tipa wera con pésima actitud de servicio (que no es su obligación,dice..osea...)
OJO DHL, pongan a personas atentas y serviciales, les agradeceremos ;)

The worst DHL service ... and by far !!
We have gone to several branches (we sell online) and it is the only one that the girl refuses to give proof of receipt ... a Wera woman with a terrible service attitude (which is not her obligation, she says ... I mean ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado te tratan de estafar y extorsionar con recepción de envíos internacionales. En mi caso decidieron tomar a bien añadir el cobro del envío al monto total del paquete, rebasando así los 50 USD, cuando claramente no estaba añadido por lo que tuve que pagar $288 por concepto de impuestos. Encima de eso te cobran $500 por hacer el tramite. Si no haces el pago no te dan el paquete.
Be careful they try to scam and extort you with the reception of international shipments. In my case, they decided to add the shipping charge to the total amount of the package, thus exceeding 50 USD, when it was clearly not added, so I had to pay $288 for taxes. On top of that they charge you $500 to do the paperwork. If you don't make the payment, they don't give you the package.
