Les falta organizar más los paquetes, pueden demorar hasta 5 minutos en encontrar un paquete porque no saben la locación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es amable y atento sin embargo al inicio un empleado no quería aceptar mi devolución de Amazon porque faltaba una bolsa la cuál tuve que romper cuando abri mi paquete, le comente que eso debería estar incluido en los gastos de insumos de recepción (20 pesos) y que por eso estoy de acuerdo en pagar esa cuota, de lo contrario habría asistido a un DHL exclusivo o solicitado una recolección en mi hogar, al final estuvieron de acuerdo y aceptaron mi paquete. Creo que es importante compartir tanto con clientes como con empleados que el costo por recepción incluye los insumos que se utilizan en el servicio de paquetería y que no solo es un gasto o impuesto que se cobra porque si, comentó esto con la finalidad de mejorar el servicio. Gracias
The staff is friendly and attentive, however at the beginning an employee did not want to accept my return from Amazon because a bag was missing which I had to break when I opened my package, I told him that this should be included in the costs of reception supplies (20 pesos ) and that is why I agree to pay that fee, otherwise I would have attended an exclusive DHL or requested a collection at my home, in the end they agreed and accepted my package. I think it is important to share with both customers and employees that the cost per receipt includes the supplies used in the parcel service and that it is not only an expense or tax that is charged because yes, he commented on this in order to improve the service.
