★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te pueden atender vía telefónica y de manera personal en esa sucursal. Hay que llevar copia de tu credencial o si alguien puede recoger tu envío debe llevar la copia de tu credencial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio siempre entregan los paquetes despues de lo indicado, la app te avisa que tu paquete ha Sido entregado y ponen cualquier nombre del que firmó al acudir para pedir una explicación solo te dicen que el subcontratista lo hizo y no te sacan de ningún apuro la atención que te dan es pésima el personal es muy déspota.
Terrible service they always deliver the packages after what is indicated, the app warns you that your package has been delivered and they put any name of the one who signed when they go to ask for an explanation they only tell you that the subcontractor did it and they do not get you out of trouble. Attention they give you is terrible the staff is very despotic.
